Müjdat lives in Istanbul, Turkey. He is a Commercial Airline Pilot by trade and very interested in gastronomy.
Especially after attending a variety of trainings on sourdough bread, pizza and fresh pasta making – he brought Duca Forno to life on Instagram (@ducaforno).
In the near future, he hopes to translate his full time profession from flying to making sourdough Italian breads, Napolitan Pizza and fresh pasta together with the Tiramisu Duca Brand that his wife Nazmiye founded.
