The Tiramisù Academy is an Association based in Treviso that gathers tiramisu supporters from all over the world. This dessert is considered a symbol of Italy’s gastronomic and cultural heritage and its positive values.
Our mission is to enhance and promote the culture of Made in Italy around the world through research, meetings and promotional events with the aim of observing and studying tiramisu and its environment from multiple points of view, offering study and work opportunities, organising initiatives, events and thematic meetings that investigate above all the most curious and innovative aspects of the sector, with a specific focus on the future.
