Nazmiye Değirmenci Bal

Artisan tiramisu chef, Nazmiye was born in Izmir and currently lives in Istanbul, Turkey.

After spending years designing custom cakes, Nazmiye decided to specialise in Italian tiramisu because of her passion for Italian cuisine and culture.

In Rome, she attended a training course on how to make the original Italian tiramisu and once back in Turkey, she founded Tiramisu Duca-ISTANBUL, establishing a sweet bond between the Italian community and tiramisu lovers in Turkey.
