Professional chef from Paraná, in southern Brazil. She is currently the chef-owner of the Natural Café, a cafeteria and vegetarian emporium, in Curitiba.
She started her career in Ireland, in Limerick, where she worked with Fáilte Ireland, the national tourism authority of the Country. During this period, she was a pastry chef at the prestigious hotel The George Limerick.
She speaks English and Spanish fluently.
