Tiramisù Princess Elena
Recipe by Stefano Serafini, Tiramisù World Champion for the Original Recipe 2021
Ingredients
- 250g of mascarpone
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of white sugar
- Moka coffee to taste
- Bitter cocoa to taste
- Savoiardi
Directions
- Brush the ladyfingers with coffee and cut them into the desired shape.
- Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and once you obtain a creamy mixture, add the mascarpone.
- Create the first layer of ladyfingers in the heart-shaped mould, then put the cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Create the second layer of ladyfingers, then the last layer of cream and finish with cocoa.
- Remove the mould and serve.
