Tiramisù Princess Elena

Recipe by Stefano Serafini, Tiramisù World Champion for the Original Recipe 2021


  • 250g of mascarpone
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons of white sugar
  • Moka coffee to taste
  • Bitter cocoa to taste
  • Savoiardi


  1. Brush the ladyfingers with coffee and cut them into the desired shape.
  2. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and once you obtain a creamy mixture, add the mascarpone.
  3. Create the first layer of ladyfingers in the heart-shaped mould, then put the cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  4. Create the second layer of ladyfingers, then the last layer of cream and finish with cocoa.
  5. Remove the mould and serve.
