Monday, March 21st, 2022 is Tiramisù Day, the international day dedicated to the most loved Italian dessert in the world.
On the occasion of this day, the Tiramisu Academy is happy to organize and take part in many interesting initiatives:
- On Sunday, March 20th, we will participate in the Tiramisù Warm Up at Fico Eataly World, organized by the Tiramisù World Cup,
- We are co-editors of the Tiramisu Cookbook 2022, a must-have collection of the most mouthwatering Tiramisu recipes of the year,
