6.00 p.m. – WEBINAR on ITALIAN PASTRY TRADITION, “The experience Matilde Vicenzi”, FOLLOWED BY A DEMO on how to prepare a THANKSGIVING TIRAMISU with CHEF ALE GAMBINI – VIRTUAL AND LIVE FROM EATALY LA.
In collaboration with Eataly LA and Matilde Vicenzi. After a talk on Italian pastry, history and innovation, and about our rich artisan production of sweets, which has developed over time, Chef Alessandra Gambini will be ready for a special live stream where she will show us how to make a Thanksgiving Tiramisu’. Her special recipe is made with pumpkin and amaretti.
