From tiramisù to guests…all the stars of TWC22

The sixth exciting edition of the TWC22 , during which on October 8 and 9 more than 200 competitors competed to prepare the world’s best tiramisu, concluded in Treviso.
The prize for Best Original Tiramisu was awarded to Giuseppe Salvador, while for the category “Creative Recipe” the very young Marina Summa won the title of World Champion🏆.
We at the Tiramisu Academy had the pleasure of introducing the representatives of the Tiramisù Club Turkey, California and Brasil to the public at the “Tiramisu in the World” event, whose guests included Elisa Carrer from the historical Archivio Giuseppe Maffioli, Christine Gaiotti representing the Associazione Trevisani nel Mondo and the participation of the Honorary Consul in Romania Roberto Sperandio.
The passion for preparing tiramisu managed to unite and bring into dialogue cultures from all over the world🌍, sharing curiosities and anecdotes from their countries of origin.
Special thanks also go to the conduct of the event by Vice President Andrea Mattana Renon and Chef Simona Ferretti, a great supporter of the Academy and, on this occasion, also a Judge of the Tiramisu World Cup Final!
