Chef Geovani was born in Calabria, in Southern Italy. He was educated in England and worked as a chef for many years, receiving regional and local awards.

He adopted the principle of cooking traditional Italian dishes.

Nowadays, he works as a consultant for italian cuisine in Turkey, he gives Italian cooking classes as well as seminars on traditional Italian dishes at universities.
